The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and perfect for sports—it keeps me comfortable no matter how intense my session gets. The only thing to note is that it doesn’t come with padding or built-in breast support, so you’ll need to pair it with a sports bra if you require extra support. That aside, it’s a fantastic top for both yoga and gym days. Highly recommend!
